It was great to meet you Beverly, Gloria & Elissa. If anyone ever finds themselves passing through Peducah, Texas, I highly recommend the Double G Restaurant (right around the corner from the Hunter’s Lodge Motel). Awesome staff, friendly customers and delicious burgers.

During my time there, I learned a lot about farm equipment, wild hogs I may encounter while cycling (and how to kick them when they charge me) and how warm and welcoming folks in a tiny Texas town can be.
