Meridian, Mississippi is a cool and up and coming town. Just ate a delicious burger at the Harvest Grill (great outdoor dining). Friendly folks. Met a pathologist and his wife. Then met a navy fighter pilot and his family. He told me he was going to dip his wings if he flies over me while I’m riding across Texas. 🙂
