I’m finding HYDRATION is key. I have two 26 oz. large regular water bottles on the usual spots on bike and then two additional 32 oz. water bottles mounted securely to front forks (keeping the weight low on the bike for stability). I sip water while riding every so often even when not thirsty to maintain even hydration. I’m finding that really helps me feel good and ride comfortably. #staysafe&hydrate.

PS – Fortunately, good fresh water has been readily available so far and my travel apps do a good job telling me what campgrounds are where and where to find the fresh clean drinking water. I also carry a small but reliable water filtration system.
